CAITLIN WALSH, LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
IN MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN
Conquer feelings of anxiety, manage grief, build self confidence and have healthy connected relationships so you can live life to the fullest.
Do you remember a time when anxiety, challenges in relationships, difficulties with self-esteem or feeling consumed with grief weren’t the “norm” but those days feel like a distant memory? Don’t you wish that you had the tools to change that?
You’ve come to the right place.
I’m Caitlin Walsh, LPC, ATR, and I help women just like you, women that have it within themselves to strive towards health and balance, but just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find joy, confidence and fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to better accept and understand themselves.
Many of today’s solutions for anxiety challenges, relationship issues, low self-esteem and grief are one-size fits all solutions and are not specific to each individual’s challenges. This leads many to feel like they’re not making progress or dependent on others for validation and affirmation. I know that your circumstances are unique, so our work would be focused and tailored specifically to you, your specific needs and always with an end goal in mind.
What it’s like to work with me as your therapist.
First, we examine your history, thought patterns and relational dynamics that are causing challenges. Then, we work on increasing awareness of your triggers, work on self-acceptance and self-love. We then start to learn about healthy boundaries, communication skills and behavior changes that will be most effective for you. Through our work together you’ll develop the skills and self-confidence to thrive in all aspects of life.
I am dedicated to helping people find balance and contentment in their life through counseling.
My training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness means that I have the expertise needed when working on healing the relationship with self and others. At the end of the day, you want to know that you are working with someone who understands what it means to be a woman challenged with anxiety, relationships, self-esteem and/or grief, right?
I have dedicated my career to working with anxiety, relationships, self-esteem and grief and how these issues affect women. I know that these challenges can feel all consuming and it can feel hard to keep trying. I understand, and when we work together you won’t just get a trained therapist, you will get someone who genuinely understands what you are going through.
